Q: What is included in my rent?

A: Your rent includes one fully or partially-furnished suite with a key less entry door, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to the laundry area, break room, waiting area, website directory listing and 24/7 secured access system. Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.

Q: How often is rent due?

A: Rent is due weekly on Tuesdays by 4pm. We DO NOT accept cash, Money orders or personal checks.

Q: How long is the lease agreement?

A: The lease agreement is for 12 months.

Q: How much is the security deposit?

A: Your deposit is two weeks of rent so prices may vary Depending on the size suite you choose.

Q: How do I reserve a suite? 

A: It's simple!

Q: Do you have a lot of walk-in traffic?

A: Pearl salon Suites was designed for professionals who already have a strong, established clientele.

 

Q: Do you offer subleasing or day rentals?

A: no​

Q: Can I decorate my room?

A: Yes. You can personalize your suite with decorative art and accessories. We do allow (1) accent wall with a deposit of $100.
